Does it cost anything to host a machine?
No purchase or lease cost. You provide space, power and reasonable access for refills and service. For some locations we offer revenue share on sales.
How often do you refill the machine?
It depends on usage, but we use remote monitoring and visit as often as needed to keep key products in stock. For busy warehouses this can be several times per week.
Can we choose the products?
Yes. We work with a standard base assortment and adjust it to your location – for example more energy drinks for night shifts or more fresh items for day shifts.
What if the machine breaks down?
You contact us directly. We can fix many issues remotely. For technical problems on site we schedule a visit as soon as possible. Downtime is lost revenue for both sides, so we keep it minimal.
